Message	We have made aggressive changes in our internal processes and procedures that have allowed us much improved service over the last few months. We will never be perfect, but I know our competitors aren't either. Our pricing for genuine Nissan parts Online is based from cost, not recommended list. Many of those prices are 22-23% off of suggested prices, and sometimes more. We know we beat most Nissan dealers' prices and our warranty on genuine Nissan parts is better than our non Nissan dealer competitors. Steve
